Experience working with and creating data architectures. Data visualization capability of large data to make it understandable, useable, and drillable. In order to be qualified for this role, you must possess the following: Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize business goals. Understand and drive the use of next generation technologies. Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. Mine and analyze data from Workday and Kronos to drive optimization, improvements and delivery on people strategies. Work with stakeholders throughout the HR and leadership organization to identify opportunities for leveraging people data to drive solutions. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: The right candidate will have a passion for discovering solutions and working with stakeholders to improve outcomes and be able to tell the story and maybe even predict the ending. They must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams. They must have a proven ability to drive business results with their data-based insights. The candidate will use a variety of data tools, building and implementing models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations. They must have strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, and tools. The ideal candidate is adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for people and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.
